What is Mental Training?
Mental Training in combination with Physical Conditioning and Diet creates a synergistic effect. That is, when each tool is used alone they are good but when combined together they are superior.
Training the mind is similar to physical training in that continued practice and repetition leads to increased strength. The stronger mind, the better discipline, focus, and will power you will employ to meet your life goals.
